    410 on kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen ja 3 kylpyhuoneen KULMA-huoneisto, joka odottaa saapumistanne! Huoneistossa on huippukaudella varausvaatimus lauantaista lauantaihin, joten varaa nyt, ennen kuin se menee varatuksi!! Gulf Dunesissa on tarjolla monia mukavuuksia, kuten kaksi uima-allasta (joista toinen on lämmitetty kausittain), kuntosali, tenniskentät ja grillialue! Alueella on myös runsaasti vesiaktiviteetteja, joista sinä ja perheesi voitte nauttia! Tässä tilavassa 3 makuuhuoneen ja 3 kylpyhuoneen huoneistossa päämakuuhuone sijaitsee MERENPUOLELLA. Näkymät päämakuuhuoneesta ja olohuoneesta ovat henkeäsalpaavat! Tähän huoneistoon kuuluu myös ilmainen rantapalvelu, joka sisältää kaksi rantatuolia ja yhden aurinkovarjon, jotta voit nauttia Meksikonlahden sokerimaisesta valkoisesta hiekasta ja smaragdinvärisestä vedestä.

    Gulf Dunes Condominiums sijaitsee lähellä Fort Waltonin ostos- ja ravintola-alueita ja vain kymmenen minuutin päässä Destinistä. Kävele rantaa pitkin Okaloosan kalastuslaiturille tai Boardwalkille. Majoitu luonamme ja nauti pääsystä kahteen rannan äärellä sijaitsevaan uima-altaaseen (toinen lämmitetty marraskuusta maaliskuuhun), yksityiseen rantapolkuun, kuntosalille, tenniskentälle ja grillialueelle.

Everything was great! The staff on site were very kind and responsive. The day after we checked-in the Keurig was not working and within 2 hours they brought in a brand new one. This kind of service is rare and especially on a holiday weekend. Will definitely be coming back.

It was very clean, kitchen well stocked with a fridge that has filtered water that was a huge perk for all the water bottles we filled during the week, easy to get to, spacious rooms, quiet location, excellent parking, free beach service, great furnishings, fantastic porchand a comfortable home for our family for the week. We absolutely loved it!

Weather and water was great the last 4 days. The bathtub drain in the front bedroom with king bed was not draining very well at all, and really needs to be checked. And the tv wasn’t working in the smaller bedroom. But these things didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I just returned from a little getaway to FWB. We booked Gulf Dunes unit 410, the night before. The Brooks and Shorey Resorts staff was so friendly, and easy to deal with. This was our first time renting a condo on Okaloosa Island. The location was great! The condo is within walking distance to a few good restaurants, or a short drive to others/the Gulfarium/pier. There is also a cute little mini golf place within walking distance. Now to the actual condo... :) When we walked through the door, the smell was the first thing that caught my attention. It smelled so clean! It wasn’t an overpowering chemical smell of clean...it just smelled clean and good. My husband and I both said that it was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. It didn’t just smell clean, it looked and felt clean. Then, I noticed the amazing views! From the living area, the master, and the balcony...just stunning! We saw soooo many dolphins, while sitting on the balcony. The condo is so simply decorated, yet absolutely beautiful! The master bed and chairs in the living area were so comfortable! That and cleanliness are two big things for us, and this one nailed both! The condo came with beach service (two beach chairs and an umbrella), which made it nice, too. There are two pools at Gulf Dunes, with one being heated. We had zero complaints about this condo, and would 100% recommend it. We are looking forward to when we can return with our kids.
