Summary:
Going on Vacation?! You and the family will love staying at the Magnolia House in Fort Walton Beach!! It is a newly renovated 1,740 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with more than enough amenities for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, it's only 2 miles from Downtown and 3 miles from the beach! This family-friendly Airbnb can accommodate infants, adults, and your furry friends. Enjoy water sports out in the gulf, a pontoon on Crab Island, and more. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
This gorgeously furnished home is classy and modern featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms has more to offer than meets the eye. The living room has been opened up for you to enjoy an expansive kitchen, dining and living room design. The entire kitchen has been redesigned with classic grey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar! The main hallway is where all three bedrooms are located. You'll feel right at home here!

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The STR has a Yale keypad lock. After entering your code, press the enter button (the circle below the numbers) to unlock the door.

The Neighborhood:
Oakland Heights is a family-friendly neighborhood. Fort Walton Beach is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Cecelia Park is within walking distance only a 1/4 mile down the road. Great area for the kids!

Getting Around:
Bird scooters are a fun way to travel shorter distances and you can find them in and around the downtown area. Outside of those options, Uber and Lyft will be your best bet for getting around.

Other Things to Note:
The driveway is a one-lane driveway capable of fitting three average-sized cars. Parking is available on the street as well.

(Pets)
We happily welcome all furry friends of all shapes and sizes, but limit them up to 4 total! Breed immaterial. The cost is $75 for up to 2 pets and $150 for up to 4 pets. This is a one-time fee that covers your pet(s) for the entire stay. All pets must be up to date on shots, house trained and non-threatening. We ask that you crate your pet(s) when left unattended. The pet fee is for a basic pet clean. If there is additional cleaning required, for ie pet waste inside, excessive hair on furniture and etc, it will be billed to the guest.

Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with the guests virtually, however, I reside in the area and am available, if needed.

I recently stayed at this lovely house in Fort Walton Beach for a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. It was the ideal balance of relaxation and convenience.I would absolutely recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in the area. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I'm not a "leave a review type of person", but Josh and his team answered questions quickly. They were very responsive & accommodating & made our stay with 2 dogs comfortable. The property was open concept, clean, & had what we needed for the stay.

We stayed for a week while in Ft. Walton. Really nice home, very well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Really nice open concept with big bedrooms and good sized bathrooms with great backyard. We stayed by ourselves with our dog but the house was big enough to accommodate 6 people easily if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and it was about 5min drive to get to the beach. The host was great to respond. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This home had everything we wanted and completely exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and was beautiful. Our two pups loved the fenced in lovely backyard. Can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location that nice and quiet even though you were in town. The kitchen was very well stocked with all equipment needed too cook. The backyard was fully fenced which made it a wonderful play area for our dog. It was very easy to get ahold of the property manager and they were very helpful. We will definitely be checking on the availability of this home when we come back to Fort Walton Beach area.
