  • Direct Beachfront 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom Condo! Pelican Isle! Sleeps 6! Perfectly located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island! This beautiful 820 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom upgraded and 4th floor condo features a great location and comfort! Enjoy this perfect location just steps to the pool & beach and fantastic view from the private balcony! Included in your rental is Beach Service - 2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella- March 1-October 31st. No packing and lugging chairs to and from the beach.

    The bedroom features a King bed and has an attached private full bathroom (Shower/Tub). There is a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom has a Walk In Shower. There is a wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances for preparing any meal! Filtered water and ice maker in Refrigerator. 5 Star Linens and towels are provided. 6 Beach Towels provided. Washer & Dryer in the Unit.

Great room, great views, room is as pictured, great time in this room, room was clean, and modern and updated. Pelican Isle Condominiums and this room were awesome! Will absolutely book again! Great stay!

Property was stocked with some pantry essentials and a bag of ice in the freezer. There were plenty of towels, including six beach towels for us to use! Appreciated the cost of chairs and umbrella included in the price and free parking. There were borrow bins at the beach entrances with useful items which was nice too. We were able to use some beach chairs to stay out and enjoy the sunset.

We arrived Monday 13th thru Saturday 18th! The condo was very clean, spacious for us!! It was exactly what I was looking for in a condo on the beach!! Our view of the beach was perfect!!! It was completely stocked with everything you need!!! I cannot recommend this condo enough. Definitely a 10/10 for us!! The owners of the condo answered any questions I had!! When I would send her a message within 5 min she was responding to me!! I also needed an extra night to stay, I asked her if she had anything available and she had this same condo available for last night!! So we were able to stay an extra night!! Our next beach trip I will definitely being staying I this particular condo!! Also our balcony was directly over the pool so we sat on the balcony and watched the kids swim!!!!

This was our first time to this beach and area. The room was perfect and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The beach was not crowded at all. The condo is a perfect location just minutes from all sorts of restaurants and activities.

Flawless stay

We had a great time at the property. All staff were friendly, easy check-in process. Beach was amazing and kids really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and gulf. Quiet area and we will be coming back!

Beds were very comfortable. Contact was responsive and helpful. Nice view. Good pool for the kids, no "deep end" and bathrooms by the pool. Good parking situation. Would definitely book again.

Everything was great

We stayed in Fort Walton for 11 wonderful days. It has the best beach for beach walkers. There are many good resturants nearby. We plan to come back.

Condo was very clean and comfy and we enjoyed our stay. We spent alot of time on the patio and nice patio furniture!

Everything was great. Unit was spotless, decor was perfect, extra blankets, towels and pillows were provided. All the furniture and beds in the unit were very very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels for our entire group. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were all in excellent working condition. We had zero issues. We did get caught by Tropical Storm Bertha and the wifi was not able to run all our devices so we did use our hot spot throughout the week. Had we not been stuck in the room due to bad weather and several double red flag days, we wouldn't have noticed. We had 4 cell phones, a tablet and the 2 televisions in the room so we probably just overloaded its capacity. The borrow bin was a total lifesaver down by the entrance to the beach. There were extra boogey boards, sand buckets, shovels and other toys. On double red flag days we borrowed sand toys to entertain my 7 year old. We had ordered toys from WalMart but they were out of stock so that bin was awesome. We borrowed something daily and put it back when we were done. This is the first time we stayed at Pelican Isle. We usually stay next door to it in a smaller condo but I'm glad we made the change! Can't wait to go back!!
