Other things to note
- 1 dog up to 20 pounds is allowed.
- The dog must be approved prior to booking and must be kept only in the living room while unsupervised.
- There is one primary parking spot for the unit. Additional guest parking in the complex is on a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed.
- Quiet hours are in effect 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
- No sand in the bath tubs , kitchen sink and washer.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
Note:
Due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, wood roach, American roach, mosquitos, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to get away from the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control as this is the environment in which we live.
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival.

This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry.
The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
