For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone

• No parties, events, or unauthorized guests allowed.
• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval (if applicable).
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• Any maintenance or concerns should be reported promptly so we can address them as your responsive local hosts.
• All reservations must be fully paid, and all communication must remain on the Airbnb platform for guest safety and support.
• Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Your comfort matters to us. After check-in, we kindly ask that you let us know within 2 hours if there are any cleaning or maintenance concerns so we can help right away when possible. Items reported later will be handled as soon as we’re able the next day. We truly appreciate you letting us know.

Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to maintain the building’s appearance, comply with safety regulations, and prevent items from falling.
