A fresh new look and feel awaits after our resort restoration, so come on down to our Okaloosa Island gem and make some great new memories with us. Aqua Villa Resort, Unit 304 is perfectly settled along Okaloosa Islands Emerald Shoreline. With magnificent views of the Gulf Coast, you will fall in love with this beach front, 2 bedroom condo. Newly upgraded, Aqua Villa 304 offers direct beach views from your spacious living area.
Our 2 Bedroom beach condo is perfect for a family of 4-7. From the balcony entrance, you will immediately notice the clean and modern living space that will be your beach home getaway. The living room offers comfortable seating for everyone in your family. An adjoining full kitchen is perfectly convenient for cooking big meals or small. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and is adjoined to your own private master bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed that can sleep two as well as a twin bed and has access to the second full bath with a tub/shower. The living room area features a queen sleeper sofa that will also sleep two.

RESORT & AREA
Aqua Villa Resort, located on Okaloosa Island, is a quiet, four-story gulf-front escape known for its intimate atmosphere. With only 24 units, the property offers a peaceful alternative to the high-rise hotels typical of Fort Walton Beach. Guests enjoy direct access to a private stretch of the Emerald Coast's signature white sands and emerald waters, complemented by a beachside pool and direct views that overlook the ocean and beach. The pool is fenced and gated for privacy and security, and there is a grill area for cooking your favorite holiday meal. The resort's prime location is just minutes from family favorites like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, where you can catch local events and fireworks. All of Destin's famous attractions are within only a few minutes' drive.
Parking: Free designated parking is provided for this unit. Up to 2 vehicles are allowed with each reservation.
Food: Dining options near the resort include The Shack, a local staple for waterfront seafood within a short drive of the villa. For a quick and highly-rated lunch, Stewby's Seafood Shanty which serves some of the freshest grilled fish, or try The Gulf which offers a unique outdoor dining experience right on the water. Old Bay Steamer is the go-to spot for those craving massive steamer pots of crab and shrimp.
A convenience store is just a few steps away for quick essentials. For full grocery hauls, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
Pool: There is one moderate-sized beachfront pool with lounging deck at the resort. Adjacent is a charcoal grilling area and tables.
PROVISIONS
• Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• This resort has a single elevator. Guests should be able to easily navigate stairs should the elevator become unavailable during your stay.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
