”We really enjoyed our staycation at The Bradley!! We enjoyed the piano bar, the heaters on the rooftop deck oddly enough kept the whole deck warm and comfortable. ”The room we stayed in was clean, everything was neat. Expedia showed that they had breakfast in the morning, however they do not serve any breakfast. There is a breakfast/dinner restaurant there, but the prices are insane. Regardless, the stay was fine for what we needed it to be. There are some fast food places around that you can walk to (dominos, rallys, etc). You have to pay $7 for parking, even though Expedia said parking was included, but it’s not. They have you use the public...

We did not have a room cleaned and had to call to ask for towels they have one of us to pick them up at the front desk no coffee refill for the amount of money that we paid. ”The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155.”

”I was attending an event at the Allen County War Collesium and this property is within 4 minutes and easy to get to. The property itself is fine for an overnight. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors in my room. The air conditioner did not really work so I opened the window. Also, the room had a stale cigarette smell and the hallway reaked of Marijuana both nights I stayed. Staff was fine but it felt like I was bugging them both when I checked in and checked out.”

”Staff was not very welcoming we didn't feel safe to stay the night there. We really just checked in and checked out since the first initial room we were given had a dirty restroom and the ac did not work and had a wired smell. Then the second room had the same problem the ac didn’t work. Until the 3rd room the ac finally worked but by that point we had already decided we were not gonna be staying there. The rooms were really not as shown and looked very unclean.”
