The space

The entry level contains a fun bunk room with 2 queen beds, full bath, and easy access to the 2-car garage for any of your parking needs. The main floor (level 2) boasts two fold-down extra-long couches for additional sleeping, a large farmhouse table, 55” smart TV with cable, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove top (kitchen basics provided for cooking). Third floor has two king-size bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One more flight up and you’ll find our private rooftop inviting you to enjoy a few brews with the skyline of Downtown Ft. Worth as your backdrop.

House-trained, friendly dogs are welcome for a fee- you must indicate you are bringing your furry friend upon booking.

• Top queen bunk bed max weight is 200 lbs per the bed manufacturer
• Additional street parking is available for free on a first come-first serve basis.
• Because we are also conveniently located to a medical district, you may have the unique opportunity from our rooftop to hear and see the life flight helicopter take off and land (thank you first responders)!
• We love our neighbors (who love a good time too), so we ask that you please be respectful and use good judgement re: late-night noise/music!
• As a reminder, the City of Fort Worth has a noise ordinance. After 10pm, outside noise must be limited to 60dBA. The fine for exceeding that level is $500. Enforcement of the ordinance is done by the City’s Code Compliance Team and the Police Department.
