Newly remodeled garage apartment in the middle of it all. We are located a block from the bricks of Camp Bowie and only 3 miles from the Stockyards, TCU, Downtown, West 7th, Cultural District, and the New Dickies Arena. UNT Medical Center is directly across the street.

Open the private gated entrance to the stairs leading up to the charming 1930's garage apartment. With so many windows it is open and bright and feels like a private retreat right in the middle of the popular West 7th / Cultural District. This 450 square foot charmer meets modern day luxury and conveniences.

This little gem features a full-size kitchen with gas stove, air fryer and a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots & pans as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has seating for 4 and has luxury furnishings such a new Bernhardt leather sofa and a New 65 inch Samsung Smart TV with Bose sound bar and woofer. Streaming services are available for your use and the wireless Internet is lightning fast. Walk down the stairs to a private outdoor area for you to enjoy under the hanging lights and fenced in courtyard. There is even a grill if you would prefer to make dinner!

If you want convenience and to experience the historic Cultural district in Fort Worth this is your place! Dickies Arena is a 15 minute walk, museums are a 5-10 minute walk. Several restaurants within walking distance (Piola Italian is steps away) The stockyards are minutes away as well as the museums and all Camp Bowie and 7th Street have to offer.

Restoration

This place was a piece of paradise for us. My husband had some reconstructive surgery and we stayed 7 days and it was perfect. The kitchen was modern and well thought out! I was able to prepare and organize meals and coffee in the mornings. I loved the pasta bowls they had and the "extras". The living area is so cozy and warm with a large screen TV for binge watching. But, the bed in the bedroom was amazing! We both slept so good. The stack-able washer and dryer did an excellent job and made it nice for a quit recovery time! The host for this property was great and gave us wonderful recommendations for a special evening before surgery. We will definitely be back for another stay. Once you learn the area it offers variety for meals! Just a great stay!

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Fort Worth. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Cultural District and Dickies Arena, which made getting around super convenient. The space itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully updated. Communication with the owner was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Christmas '24

My wife and I traveled to Fort Worth to visit family over the Christmas holiday. This was the perfect place to stay. The unit was set up and ready, even down to the Christmas decorations. The owner was readily available on the VRBO app to answer my questions, was very helpful, and even provided suggestions on restaurants and entertainment options. I would not hesitate for a moment to stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much at this adorable apartment. Karen was a pleasure to communicate with and was so helpful. The apartment was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and it generally just had everything we needed for a fun weekend stay in Fort Worth!
