A/C in room didn’t work very well was hot the first night maintenance came and looked at it but didn’t get much better. Refrigerator didn’t work

Old hotel with good location. They are doing their best to keep it up. It is priced fairly for what you get. Clean but they only give you two towels a nite. No pool. Nice gym though.

AC was not working. We called the front desk and the technician went in the room for about two minutes, stated it was working and left. We called again but the tech didn’t show up the second time.

Great historical hotel! Despite its age, this hotel is still one of the best. It has retained its old charm while providing all the necessary upgrades. Staff is great! Valet is super convenient.

My refrigerator and AC didn’t work. Sink was clogged and no one responded to my many calls for maintenance. When I arrived there was only 1 towel in bathroom. Over priced and outdated
