”Upon arrival to the room the door was open, the A/C off, Texas in June, and the room had not been cleaned. Went back to the lobby which was unattended but soon had a new room. Again the door was found open and the A/C off but no remote control for the TV and the key did not open the door. Decided to find another motel then. The overall theme was a property in decline.”

”Front desk overnight was terrible. He completely ignored me to finish his game on his phone.
Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and when you asked the front desk for help he said he had no access to clean linen. Then when we asked for a late check out the morning guy told us flat out no because housekeeping would yell at him.”
