Cowboy Themed & Newly renovated….. this cozy, quiet and warmly decorated bungalow is the latest of our numerous properties.

As in all of our other uniquely themed, short & mid term rentals, this house is fully appointed, with 3 queen bedrooms, and 2 full baths (including a master bed/bath)

Although we are priced for 6 folks, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8, incl. a comfy queen size futon living room sofa (w/ 8 inch mattress!)

Located about 1 mile from the stockyards, our newly renovated Cowboy Bungalow is Cowboy themed, and warmly appointed with accent cedar walls, new faux Wood Flooring, custom cabinetry Refinish, new appliances, all queen size beds, and new furniture

Also a queen size futon sofa with a comfy 8 inch mattress !

2 full baths. Hall bath with tub, and Master with frameless glass shower

Both baths have bidet seats!

Roomy, covered side patio with large open, private & secure backyard, surrounded by 8 foot cedar fence

Sizable front porch for watching the sunset!

-No smoking/vaping, pets, parties, loud music/groups or events

NOTE: Check out is at 11 AM. 15 minute grace period. $50 late checkout fee after 11:15 am. $100 after 12 noon. $150 after 1 pm….etc

Family oriented working class neighborhood of mixed ethnicities.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet, with the exception of one or two crowing rooster’s now and then. Lol

At about 1 mile from the stockyards, it’s a $6-$7 Uber ride, to and from

Definitely a better option than trying to park in the stockyards, where all parking lots are $15, and usually full.

You might get lucky and find a street curbside spot, but in my opinion, not worth driving
