âWe were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. â

âWe booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us.
We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not.
The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

âRooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. âA lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day.
Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic.
