”The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.”

”The building exterior, grounds, lobby and breakfast area were very nice. The room was very clean. The room’s full length mirror (that had been attached to the closet door at one time) was sitting on the floor and leaning against the wall.
