”Absolutely beautiful Japanese inspired property with a restaurant on site. The room was minimalist but well appointed and the bathroom had an oversized tub and a bidet. Outside there is a Japanese garden and there is work being done on an outdoor pool. Wonderful experience.”

”Limited utensils for cooking. Nice pool Hair dryer was broken, someone brought a new one. Shower spray head did not work properly, but that was okay. Needed to wash clothing. Prices seemed steep. Really liked the refrigerator and full oven.”

I got my room and went in the shower, already wet, there was no shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. Everything was out, I had face soap and had to made do with that. Disappointed. ”Music plays until midnight, but you know this going in. The only really annoying thing is the room cards demagnetize very easily. I was carrying it in my pocket next to a credit card and it stopped working. Both mine and my girlfriends failed. They need to get a better system, rather than blaming us for having it next to something magnetic. Never had this issue at any other hotel.”

When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee.
