”The ice machine required intervention and the bathroom faucet was loose, but otherwise everything was in order. The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance. ”

”The property, itself, was good. The only 2 things that could have brought the rating down would be 1) the parking lot where our room was located was scheduled to be repaved so we had to park on the other side of the property and lug all of our stuff (for a two night stay) including an ice chest and food items. 2) around 5 am on the morning we were to check out, a man was sitting on the curb screaming into his phone (a domestic issue, from the sound of it) BUT- we were already up and getting...
