Fully equipped, it offers all the comfort necessary for a stay with family or friends. You will enjoy a large garden, a terrace with furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals. Take advantage of this privileged location to swim, engage in water sports, stroll along the seafront or visit the Glénan archipelago.



Pass through the door and let yourself be seduced by a large 50 m² living space opening onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Airfryer and Pierrade) allows you to cook as you would at home. For breakfast, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine are at your disposal. Enjoy the large table for 8 people indoors or settle at the one on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, meet up in one of the two lounges: one cosy on the ground floor, the other upstairs with library, table football, sofas and television.



The floor comprises 4 bedrooms. Three are equipped with double beds (140x190 cm) with storage, one of which has a television. The fourth, smaller one, is perfect for two children with its single beds (80x190 cm).



Two bathrooms with shower are available (one on each floor), as well as two separate toilets for added comfort.



A washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The courtyard can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and a closed garage allows you to store bicycles or equipment safely.
