”No problems with parking, the hotel is clean. The complimentary breakfasts is hot, and the hotel is close to the interstate. The hotel also has quiet hours so you'll have a good nights rest. Perfect place when I stay in New Orleans. ”

”Only stayed here 1 night because it was so close to the airport & I had to pick up my daughter first thing in the morning. The best amenity was it's proximity to Kenner Seafood restaurant, which may be the best restaurant in the New Orleans area.”

”This rating is primarily based on not having WiFi or TV for the entirety of my stay. Apparently this was due to a weather event that occurred prior to my arrival. The cable company did not come out to make repairs until after I left.”

”Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service.”

” The airport shuttle showed up at Zone B5 at the airport about 5 minutes after I got there. It was after midnight when I got to the hotel but the staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was comfy and clean. All was great.”

”My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

”Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning.”

”Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls.”
