”Awful. Rundown, dirty. The first room they sent us to was not ready yet, but you could see how dirty the mattress was. The property feels partially abandoned. They put us in a second room that was right by the pool. It was cleaner, but betting worn out with holes. Slept with the bathroom light on. We were supposed to stay for three nights. On the afternoon of the first day, we told them we wanted to cancel the next two nights. So we could stay somewhere else. Still trying to get our refund. (the...

”This place was a great set-up for the room. We requested a two bedroom suite however, there was no door for the second room, but it was upstairs in a loft type layout so we made it work. Staff was great with an early check-in. The location was close to shopping food places. The downside was the room, particularly the floor was dirty. We didn’t eat the free breakfast,‘or use the amenities, but there was a pool and basketball court onsite. ”

”Our stay was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. I only took off a star because our room was not as clean as we’d like. The ac vents were caked with dust and separating from the wall. There were large dark red stains on the carpet by one of the beds, and our door was not properly installed and was difficult to open at times. Maybe we just got a bad room. In any case, there didn’t seem like we had many options for two connecting rooms so we stayed put. Not sure if we’ll book...

”We always stay here when we visit Laguna Beach (it’s about a 15-20 minute drive from Laguna Beach) It’s affordable, clean, the air conditioning always works, the pool and hot tub are great, they clean you room every single day, the breakfast and coffee are perfect in the morning before we head to the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
