”We’ve stayed here several times before. The hotel has been very tastefully remodeled. Breakfast options are not typical but terrific. My only complaints are the hot water takes forever to get warm and once it does it’s way too hot and can’t be turned down no matter how much you turn the hot/cold dial up or down. We have had this problem before in a different room and thought is was an anomaly . Also, although the location is downtown and near some great food spots there are a lot of homeless...

”A beautiful, relaxing lace to stay.”

”We had an amazing stay. Staff was great we will stay at this location again for sure.”

”Great stay. The hotel is perfectly located for most of the places to visit in Great Falls and the setting is fantastic. The staff were super friendly and professional and the property in great condition. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and a view of the river. Free breakfast was good and 24 coffee and hot drinks a nice surprise.”

”I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and come here for the staff and the mermaid bar. I had one check in person that wasn’t helpful and made it seem as if I was putting her out. I love this place but won’t likely stay again.”

”Air conditioning didn’t work properly but luckily it wasn’t a hot time of year and the window opened for good air flow”

”The hotel was worn and shabby. I wouldn't go again.”

”We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the property. Once we found our room (it's a bit of a maze) the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing!! We didn't use the pool or hot tub and can't speak to these facilities. The breakfast room was clean, well maintained and the breakfast looked good. The common areas could use a good clean and although the hotel is an older property, our stay was really good and I would recommend staying with them for a...

”I have stayed at this hotel many times while in Great Falls. It has underground parking which is great. They include a breakfast (which isn't fancy, but its works and is what you should expect). Check in is always quick. The location is in the downtown area so there are plenty of places to eat, drink, explore within walking distance.”

”There were no towels at all in the room, half roll of toilet paper when try to call the front desk the room phone didn't even work, woke up to nabors pounding on other doors, was not impressed at all..”

”I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.”
