”I was told by Nicole we could get an early check in as we had to be at a wedding at 2:30pm. (Booked the room May 9 for a June 6th night) Called the day before and Heather was quite rude about it stating they can't guarantee any early check in. But to call the day of the reservation at noon to see if they could accommodate this. Called at noon and Heather again answered and said we'll we could have it ready for earlier check in (wouldn't give me a time) and then said it would be $25 for early...

”The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful!! Whenever we are in the area we will be staying there😊 The room was perfect and had all we needed and more. If I have to say a negative, the only thing is the carpet has some stains, but how are you to avoid that?!! We loved this hotel!!”

”The staff were uniformly friendly and cheerful and efficient. The front d3sk people were especially helpful, both daytime and evening. Check-in took about 1 minute. The breakfast cook was consistently cheerful. The cleaning ladies were also happy and friendly. Our visit left us with a good feeling.”

”This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure”

”My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!”
