”Breakfast items need to be a better variety.”

”Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!”

”It was a Lil loud. And hard to get into the parking lot when trying to maneuver in and out of places to eat or shop. It was clean and had everything we needed.”

”The staff was great and inside the room was updated. The carpet was pretty gross (needed cleaning), and the bed had a large divit on one side (mattress needs replacing, and I mentioned that to the staff). The breakfast was a pretty good offering for a Motel. In short, it wasn't terrible, and I pretty much got what I paid for. The only thing they really need to focus on is property and room maintenance.”

”I was driving back to Alabama with my small children and felt myself getting sleepy on the road. I pulled over in Nashville and chose this hotel to spend the night at to avoid driving drowsy. Upon arrival, the night staff were so efficient and friendly! Check in took maybe 2-3 minutes, tops. They realized I was traveling with children, and informed me that breakfast was at 6:30. They also realized I was leaving in the morning, and proactively pointed out where the coffee pot would be. Our room...

”Nice and clean. Staff got us in before check-in. Breakfast was meh...no better or worse than your standard continental breakfast. (Good sausage...but no waffles! They had pancake maker instead.) The shower in our room was OUTSTANDING. Good water pressure, easy to control, nice fixtures... We will stay there again if in Spring Hill.”

”This was a wonderful stop over location and Nashville adjacent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real bonus, well beyond a typical continental breakfast. Highly recommended for those traveling I 65 or visiting Nashville!”

”This is a MOTEL not HOTEL. All entry were Exterior doors. I was not aware when I booked. I would have never stayed there had I known. I do not believe the images showed this. I would have to go back to review. It was very old/ dated. It was in a wooded area although close to Galleria. Very Bates Motel vibe. The clerk was very comforting and put me in a area near check in with cameras. Staff was very nice. It was too late to change when I arrived after 5 flight delays. No restaurants open....

”Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.”
