Hotel was very outdated. Staff was very polite and kind room was very clean and it’s day. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous now it just needs a lot of updating.

Bad housekeeping. Unsanitary rooms. Rude staff. Limited English spoken. Bad overpriced restaurant . Thin walls. Uniformed staff. One microwave per floor which was at the end of hallway and dirty. Broken ice machines. Dirty towels. No soap. Can go on but why bother. Sheraton should be ashamed of this property. I stayed there five years ago and it was immaculate. Does corporate ever visit this place? Or are they busy… oh and no pools. Indoor and outdoor closed without explanation.

I tried to share my concerns with the customer care and was clearly not taken seriously. They wanted to give me 10k points for the experience. The elevators were broken, my suite did not have any bedding for the pull out bed, the parking lot was flooded and the convention center clearly smelled of mold/mildew. There were obvious water leaks. The mold or mildew was so bad that I needed medication for the two nights we were there just to take the edge off my sinuses so I was able to breath easier. The bedding didn’t show up until almost 1am. Out of the four elevators, two worked properly but were on the other side of the hotel. I emailed a complaint to customer care and what I received was an “I’m sorry” and “as a 1 time gesture, I asked that you would be credited 10k points to use at your next stay”. Well, I paid $560, and why would I ever want to book again with them? So the points are useless. I feel as though some reimbursement is in order at this point.

Hi, the front desk gentleman that checked us in was very polite and pleasant, so was the waitress at the restaurant, all very kind. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However, the parking situation was not good, we had to park very far and I had 2 young kids. We were leaving early in the morning on the following day, around 5 am, it was still dark and I felt very unsafe having to walk all the way around the property in the dark with the kids to get to our car. I was told there was a dance competition that would end late at night and then the parking lot would empty, but I was not going to leave at midnight to move the car closer. Priority parking should be given to the people staying in the hotel instead of the people only there for an event.

The property is a few decades old. We knew this going in and were prepared for some aging. We were very happy that it was in as good a shape as it was. They are undergoing some upgrades but nothing that was off putting or unsightly. We were greeted by a front desk person Neveen as soon as we came through the front doors. She was very gracious and helpful and could answer all my questions. We were checking in the same day as we had to go to a wake and she let us check in early so we could get to where we had to go on time. I would not hesitate to encourage any of my friends to stay at the Sheraton as my wife and I were very satisfied.

Renovations impacted stay - it took almost an hour after check in to actually get into my room because none of the key cards worked. Staff was lovely helpful and apologetic, but never should have been put in a position where renovations impact access, safety and security.

The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were old first room the ac would turn off and lights would flicker constantly, was moved and the lights still flickered in the new room.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the bathroom was very loud and they gave us a new room. Thank you for your services and much appreciated.

However, I forgot a bag with shoes in the closet. I called for 4 days in a row and no one could tell me if they had found the bag. Until on the fourth day the attendant told me that the bag was not found. My fault for forgetting the bag. But how did they not find it if it was in the closet? This shows the terrible character and dishonesty of the employees at this hotel. I no longer trust staying there and knowing that someone from cleaning could come into my room and something would disappear. Unfortunately, otherwise I would make a good review.
