”The building is over 100 year old and the stairways are falling a part not even level and the most terrible part is there is no sound proof and next to I 90 interstate hiwsy and all night so noisy that it us impossible to sleep without sleeping pills I will never go back ”

”Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...

”Everything in this hotel is excellent! The bedding is very comfortable. Stuff is great! The place is so cozy and quiet, with very nice decor that gives a relaxed feel. Amazing atmosphere, if you like privacy and quiet. Everything you need is within walking distance. Highly recommend. ”
