”Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!”

Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). ”We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍”

”Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

”Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la rápida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. Aconsejamos arreglar el automatismo de la verja. Carretera con mucho trafico y es dificil y peligroso la entrada y salida de coches.”

”Het was een fantastisch huis. Prachtig zicht op Gardameer. Heel fijn met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Goed contact met eigenaar. Heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Toch een klein minpuntje. De weg naar het huis is zo smal, dat we met bepaalde auto's er heel moeilijk geraakte. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen Misschien wel even laten weten aan nieuwe huurders”

”Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.Der Check-in mit Diego war sehr freundlich und es wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Auch bei einem Problem ( Arm im Ort gebrochen) war Diego telefonisch sofort erreichbar und gab Hilfe für die medizinische Behandlung.Dafür an dieser Stelle nochmals "mille grazie". Der Pool war sauber und die Villa funktional eingerichtet.Es fehlte an nichts. Wir können dieses Domizil weiterempfehlen.”

”Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced.”

Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern und von der Terrasse fanden wir sehr schön.
