”Window wouldn't close tightly, remote to TV broke,toilet seat needed replacing, not enough enmities, ran out of toilet tissue !”

”I’ve stayed here several times and this was my first not so good experience. The generator outside my room woke me up for a couple hours during the night. Realized there was no shampoo in the bottle in the midst of my shower; requested shampoo from front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring me a bottle. ”

Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...

”It’s a hotel on the boulevard in Northeast Philly. It could be a lot worse. I actually think it’s not bad”

”I found this hotel to be one of the best that I’ve been in a long time. The room was clean the pool area clean when there was no towels and I text and they brought clean towels. The employees themselves. cleaning staff the front desk staff. They were amazing very pleasant. Only one complaint. Bed was hard as a rock, but I definitely recommend this hotel.”

”DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a Red Roof Inn a mile up the road. Go there. The staff here is terrible (with the exception of one of two people). They are rude and unaccommodating. The didn't have anything that we asked for, for the kitchen (ex. Can Opener), "free" was horrible and then on to of that we got charged a wifi fee two days. We asked for clean sheets after 5 nights of being there and we were told they didn't have an extra sheets and we had to wait and bring them down tomorrow so they...
