Leider habe ich in meinem Zimmer sehr deutlich die Züge gehört. Ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel mit netten, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern.

Das personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück im Familienzimmer gebicht. Der erste Eindruck hat getrügt. Die Einrichtung war modern aber abgewohnt. Die Dusche war schimmlig und verkalkt. Allgemein enttäuschend, wenn man das Hotel nach Optik bucht...

Schönes und modernes Hotel. Der Großteil des Personals (Rezeption Frühstück: / Bar: |-)war super freundlich. Nachts war es allerdings sehr laut. Schlafen mit offenen Fenster unmöglich aufgrund der Bahngleise - nachts lauter Güterverkehr. In der zweiten Nacht wurde wohl eine Party auf einem der Zimmer gefeiert und ab ca. 3 Uhr nachts war schlafen aufgrund lauter Musik mit starkem Bass auch unmöglich. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, alles da, was man benötigt. Ein Schrank mit Regalen wäre nicht schlecht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Frühstück sehr lecker und hochwertig. Lage auch super, kostenfreie Parkmöglicheizen in der Umgebung.

This hotel is not close to any coffee shops, at least twenty minute walk to anything for breakfast, and surprisingly no kettle, tea or coffee in the rooms. The restaurant breakfast was 25 euros per person which was not worth it for us as we are small eaters. Our air exchanger was not working and staff did not seem particularly eager to fix it. We had them unlock our windows so we could open them, and were grateful there was a cool breeze instead of the previous hot weather. Not a bad walk to the old part of town for the day, and several grocery stores close by. The cleaners did not come by until after 4 pm so we opted not to have our room cleaned as we were back after sightseeing. Rooms are clean and spacious for the price. The restaurant staff were super friendly and we had a good dinner there our last evening. Not a bad place but the lack of amenities in the room meant we wouldn't stay there again.

이번 여름 17일간의 여행의 첫숙소와 마지막 숙소이었던 곳입니다. 그러나 너무나 다른 경험을 했습니다. 첫숙소일때는 친절했고 지내기에 만족스러웠습니다. 그래서 다시 프랑크푸르트 숙소로 정했습니다. 하지만 제공해 주는 서비스 첫숙소때 받았던 것와 너무 달랐습니다. 인종차별라고 느낄만큼 불친절한 대우를 받았네요. 프런트에 근무하는 한사람때문에 그런 경험을 한다는 것은 호텔이나 고객 모두 그리 좋은 일은 아닙니다. 그런점에서 무시하는 태도로 고객을 대하는 형태는 개선되어야 한다고 생각됩니다.

매우 훌륭한 숙소
가격대비 우수한 숙소입니다. 아침식사는 매우 훌륭하며 저녁에 Bar에서 가볍게 마시는 칵테일도 일품입니다. 다시 묵고싶은 숙소입니다.

Nice and clean hotel
Perfect stay for a short trip in Frankfurt. Nice and clean and within walking distance of the center. Nice breakfast that was taken from the skybar. The train was running right outside but it didn't bother. The only downside was that the staff were a bit grumpy - otherwise a nice hotel.

I was surprisingly impressed with this hotel. It had a cool vibe, the front desk staff was very helpful and the rooftop bar/view was great. Only issue was that the AC was not working and it was a bit noisy with the windows open while the trains passed periodically. Overall two thumbs up!

Amazing location and great view of CBD Frankfurt. Blaksy was right by a supermarket Lidl. Besides its own rooftop bar, the neighborhood had an array of food options ranging from affordable to finer dining. Given that we are a family of 5 including a toddler, the hotel was kind to include a crib too. Everyone could sleep comfortably and get ready for our international fight the next day. Bus X61 stop was about a 13 mins walk away and brought us straight to /fro Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1.
