HORRIBLE STAY !
The stay was horrible as the room was so cold , and noone help us with that , just said “the room is ok” Spent the night with out cloths on , and could not sleep.

Hotel is very well located with easy access to main pedestrian shopping area and the Allstate. Staff were all excellent and were very accommodating. Breakfast was very good with good selection of hot and cold dishes. Can highly recommend.

フランクフルトのメインエリアまで徒歩圏内にもかかわらず駐車場が無料なのがよかった。 ルームキーが大きくて重たいが、部屋は清潔で問題なし。 Wifiが弱く遅いのが難点。 仕事で泊まるには不向き。

I booked this hotel for my wife who is coming back to the U.S. after the interview at American Consulate in Frankfurt. She told me the room is satisfactory and the location is excellent which is close to the city shopping area. She enjoys the stay.

I liked absolutely everything about the property and the staff. Nice, large, clean room, everybody very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast. Felt somewhat uncomfortable in the area around the subway station, ca 5 min walk away. People hanging around, fast-food leftovers strewn on the pavement, had some trouble finding the right street and no one around who I felt comfortable asking (Sunday evening around 8 pm)

Excellent stay with Turm Hotel
Perfectly positioned hotel just outside the main centre of Frankfurt. Located within a 3 minute walk of the nearest underground train station and 5 minutes to the centre. Hotel was clean, comfortable and decorated recently by the look of things. Joe, the weekend hotelier could not have been more helpful, a pleasure.

Spacious Room
The staff was very friendly. Parking is limited but easy and widely available during our stay. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Old Town.

Turm Hotel is a small boutique hotel, close to a tube station so easy to get around the city. The staff on reception and at breakfast were polite and friendly, and very helpful. My room was clean, the prices are reasonable and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. You can walk just down the road to a selection of restaurants. I'd stay here again!
