”Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! One was laying on the bed and told me to come in that they would be leaving shortly. Ugh...no! So I went back down to see if I had been given the wrong room. She apologized and gave me a different room a few doors down from my original room. When I shut my door i noticed there was no lock on the door. Self latch was taken off and no doorknob...

”Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. Just to find returning in the evening that the cleaning didn’t happen. All towels were still in the tub. All garbage bins were full. I left a tip and a thank you note for nothing. The...
