”Motel was in a very good spot but it took us a while to find. Apparently 2 same numbers on Nepean Highway”

”Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight. We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds. Will not be staying again or recommending this place.”

”Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out. Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value. If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again.”

”Simple, but spacious, very comfy and easy for a family with a toddler (who loved the pool).”

”Hotelli alue hieman syrjässä, autoilevalle hyvä. Hotelli siisti ja uusittu, palvelu tosi hyvä ja paikan ravintola oli hyvä”

”The room provided excellent value for the price. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and consistently attentive to our needs.”

”Outstanding hotel. Very close to train station to CBD. Didn’t see any disturbances during my stay (3d), felt safe. Breakfast good, if you went to Public’s Corner, not that good if you went to place next to hotel.”

”Motellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Alueelta löytyi aktiviteettia, varsinkin lapsiperheille suosittelen. Ihan vierestä kulki bussit Frankstonin keskustaan, (kulkivat kyllä väliin oman mielensä mukaan) josta taas pääsi busseilla tutkimaan muita paikkoja Morningtonin Peninsulassa. Motellin ainoaksi miinukseksi koitui paperin ohuet seinät. Nukkumisesta ei tahtonut tulla mitään ja kaikki äänet, autot, linnut, sirkat, puhelimet ym, kuuli niin selkeästi, että ne kyllä...

”Breakfast was great. Nice outdoor area Didn't like the piped music in room overnight”

”Close to the main road of Frankston/Dandenong and nice and quite . Reasonable rates and help around if needed.”

”Beautifully presented Hampton style property. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quite spacious for a motel. Nice meal from restaurant but it was disappointing that there weren’t enough kitchen staff to open for breakfast. Overall above average motel.”

”Very good 👍 I recommend to anyone”

”Pet friendly, reasonable prices, lovely staff,”

”Not at all what the site looked like ”

”Towels were not clean and neither was the duvet which had lots of stains. Disgusting. A microwave was provided but no bowls or cutlery apart from 2 assietts and 2 teaspoons.... Disappointing. Would not book in here again.”

”Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality”
