Room was clean and spacy. Staff was friendly. It took only about 30 min by car to visit Pacific coast, namely small city Hervey Bay.”

The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings.
The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair...
”An older style motel but it had all the creature comforts and was well presented. The reception was very helpful. The room was spacious.
The complimentary drinks vouchers and discount meal vouchers were excellent. We walked to the local RSL for the benefits.”
”Room was dated and a bit stuffy. There should have been free wifi but it was not working even we got the credentials from the reception. Our room was facing towards the hotel's garbage bins so we woke up every morning at 6 am when the garbage truck came to empty the bins.”

”Great family stay in the 2 bedroom swim up apartment. I highly recommend the swim up apartment for kids if you plan to swim everyday, pool was heated so we were able to swim in July. BYO pool towels or they can be hired from reception. Toiletries are fairly basic (combination shampoo/conditioner and bar soap) so if you're particular BYO, face washers are also not supplied. Italian restaurant next door was excellent and also does coffee early Thursday - Sunday. Foodworks a short walk up the road...
