”The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. ”

”Do NOT stay at this property. The hotel, bar and room were beautiful. However a maid tried to enter our room at 9:00 (checkout was 11) woke us up. Manager said we didn’t have our do not disturb on. Nope. We always check before bed specifically for this reason. And second we let them valet our car. They park it in an underneath parking garage. It had rained during the night and sentiment dripped on our entire roof, sunroof and along side our car. They told us to use LCR which we know would take...

Everything was fresh and the Breakfast area was cleaned and restocked constantly. Favorite part was the Aldi in front of the Hotel where I stocked up on snacks and water. ”I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After checking out, I realized I had left my jacket hanging in the room. I contacted the front desk and called four separate times. Each time, I was told the housekeeper was unavailable and that I should call back in 30 minutes. I followed those instructions, but was later informed that the housekeeper had already left and that the item was not found. I am absolutely certain that I left my jacket in the room,...

”We had a wonderful experience during our stay. From the concierge to wait staff and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and very attentive. Our room was pristine and refreshed/restocked daily. We stayed in a large balcony king overlooking the river. So relaxing having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night listening to the river! We also attending a bridal shower in the conservatory and the set-up was beautiful. The staff helping with the event were great as well. ”

”Basic room, but that's what we expected. Our neighbors were outside enjoying some pot and our room smelled very strongly of it. We carry air spray and dealt with it. Signage said this was a 100% no smoking facility inside or outside. Also the lamp next to the bed could not be turned on as the knob was non-existent.”
