”Not full handicap parking on site. My full size vehicle was too tall. Was able to find street parking around the corner. I couldn’t shut down the in room HVAC. The heat/ac was off but the fan continued to run all night sounding like running water. Kept waking up from the noise. I couldn’t get the desk lamp to work. For the cost, I didnt expect issues but it was for only one night. It was just close to the venue and wanted to feel safer than other choices.”

”Great size room, full kitchen and breakfast and complimentary beer!”

”The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.”

”Vince was great to communicate with and we enjoyed the location!”

”Excellent access to Downtown, ball fields and I-5”

”Bathroom is renovated. Kitchen was cold because of ac on the window and it was so open. Room was warm. Easy to walk surroudings.”

”Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

”Private room and private bath. Rooms have a small fridge, AC unit, and nespresso machine. Shared washer/dryer and kitchen Great place and Vince was great as well.”

”Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...

”The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking.”

”Everything was very nice, there was an issue with the bathroom shower. Called them and they sent someone right out. Would definitely recommend this house and company again!!!”

”Very communicative and helpful staff! Quiet, nice neighborhood. The shared kitchen was a convenient nice bonus. Will come back again.”

”Need a real coffee maker. The heater didn't work other than that bed was really comfortable bathroom clean great shower all together a decent place will consider coming back”

”The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!”
