This cozy and pet-friendly 1-bedroom flat is in the heart of downtown Frederick, MD. It is steps from all the newest and best breweries in town. Want amazing coffee? Frederick Coffee Co. is right around the corner. Stroll down Carroll Creek and grab a bite to eat at the many restaurants right along the water. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, smart HDTV, as well as heat and AC to keep you comfortable. Walk to downtown Frederick and all of the shopping and activities! Pet amenities available! (Quick note: Dogs may not be left unattended or bark excessively)

Looking forward to coming back here in March! Laura communicates well from booking her place, during the stay and returning back home. Her place is well organized with amenities for a comfortable stay (i.e. pots and pans, coffee, blankets/throws, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, etc.) Bed is comfortable. Hanging rack available. Location is ideal. Easy walk to restaurants, bakery, Carroll Creek. You won't be sorry if you book with Laura!

Great stay

Weeklong stay while in town visiting family. Convenient parking & walking distance to coffee and shopping. The place was clean and cute. Perfect stay for 1 person, it is on the smaller size (my fault for not paying attention to this on the booking) but it was still just fine for me. Great communication with the host & check-in/out was easy. Did hear the guests in the unit above a couple of evenings but it wasn't terrible and the host was thoughtful enough to provide earplugs. Neighbors were friendly as well.

We were so close to Carrol Creek Park! Absolutely gorgeous! Apartment was cute and our dog Stella loved walking up and down the canal! The little backyard was a bonus area! We ate dinner at the picnic table! We will definitely book again in the future. It was perfect for us!Thanks,Jenise B

Coxy retreat in Historic Frederick

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy historic cottage. My husband and I will stay here again!Very clean .Safe neighborhood. Walked to downtown Frederick. Great coffee/ restaurant right around the corner. It was close to the street but I had no problem sleeping. Bed was very comfortable Great parking behind the home. Host was very helpful and accomodating.

Cozy and Quaint

The place was very nice and well kept. It was perfect location to the downtown area as well. We parked our car and were able to just walk everywhere we needed to go. The bed itself was really comfortable too... my wife and I had two wonderful nights of sleep. I will say that the place is small though, so it is really only suitable for two people. Which was perfectly fine for us, but if you were planning on bringing your kids along, it probably would not work out. We loved it though, and would certainly stay there again in the future!

Cozy Apartment

We stayed here for four days to tour the area. It is very close to downtown Frederick. The location was great. Although the apartment was very small, it is equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. Laura was very attentive and easy to work with. Great host! It made our little vacation very nice.

Cute place to stay in downtown Frederick. We enjoyed walking carroll creek park to breweries & all around downtown Frederick. The shops and restaurants are so fun to explore.

Cozy apartment close to everything

Cozy little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a weekend getaway in Frederick. Walking distance to the breweries and downtown. Only a block from Carroll Creek walkway. The apartment was cute, clean and had everything we needed. Laura was an awesome host and great at communicating from start to finish of our trip and responded quickly to our questions. Our only suggestion would be to add a couple chairs to the deck or yard outside.
