”I liked location, was in fredericksburg wedding dress shopping with my daughter. I mainly chose this hotel because it said breakfast buffet and showed a picture of BACON in the photo, it was no bacon very disappointed. Eggs, potatoes, sausage links, bagels, hard boiled eggs. FYI. Clean, helpful staff, location was nice.”

”Spent 4 nights at the Fredericksburg Hampton Inn. I thought the room was spacious and really enjoyed the lounge sofa with the small table. It was a wonderful place to relax. The walk in shower with sliding glass doors was awesome! Used the pool once and it is very nice. There are many choices for breakfast and I really liked that they offered oatmeal, yogurt and bagels! Would definitely stay here again.”

”From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean. The historic vibes were amazing. The bathroom was clean. It is in the perfect location. You just walk outside, and you are on the main street, yet it's still very quiet at night. Parking was easy. ”Ironclad was a wonderful place right in Fredericksburg, close to the town and restaurants. Our room was on the 2nd floor, no elevators, but it was okay. Sadly, the Bourbon room was closed, but the staff was ice enough to let us go down and look at the room. Very cool, would stay again!”

”This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”

”The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore.
