The living room includes a smart television (no television programming) for your entertainment. Seating for 6-8 around the dining room table is perfect for eating, playing games, assembling jigsaw puzzles, or just sharing good conversations. A full kitchen offers a gas range/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. (K-cups and tea are provided)

The master bedroom's king-sized bed offers a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom's cozy pastel pallet features a set of extra-long twin-sized beds. There are also additional sleeping accommodations on the hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. The well-appointed bathroom includes double sinks and a tub/shower combination.

The welcoming front porch, furnished with rocking chairs and a ceiling fan, is perfect for a quiet moment to imagine what it is like to live in a small town community. Additional outdoor space is the backyard seating surrounding a fire pit. A charcoal barbeque grill is provided for outdoor cooking with friends and family.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
