- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

The property is nice and well equipped. A few of the sinks backed up and needed work. Some of the furniture in the living room was worn. They need to do some work on the plumbing and update the furniture.

MUSTY ORDOR - water leakHouse was beautifully remodeled and decorated. In a lovely location. So I hate to complain but the musty odor hits you the minute you open the front door.Sad thing is the musty “old lady” smell we found will linger on your clothes and luggage for days or even weeks after. Washing will not help you must leave out in bright sunlight for at least 2 days to kill the odor.If you are already there at the house keep everything tightly closed in your luggage do NOT put in closets.There is either a water leak or ground water that has not been addressed and you can see some evidence in the garage area.Other than that is was a beautiful house and location.

Everything was great. The house is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we found that was lacking was an iron for clothing. Over all we would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

Location is ideal to museums and shops. House was nicely furnished even with a wine refrigerator and full size wine glasses. Plenty of room for family or friends. House very clean with comfortable beds. Great place to stay. Hosts are immediately responsive.

Fantastically redone cozy mid-century modern home with plenty of space and all the amenities you could need for a gathering of three couples. Huge backyard with covered patio area in addition to outdoor fire pit and cornhole. Comfy beds & plenty of closet space. Massive kitchen island area & new appliances. Tons of parking in the driveway / garage too. Would definitely rebook in the future.

Outstanding property!
This was our third visit to Fredericksburg, but our first stay at this outstanding property! From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were impressed! The exterior of the home is well maintained, and the inside is updated, spacious and clean! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s, and this property is by far one of the nicest! And, the location is an easy walk to downtown! Our next visit to Fredericksburg we will definitely stay at this property again!
