This guest house is located on a quiet neighborhood alley street that is less than 2 miles away from Main Street where the shopping district, museums, galleries, and tasting rooms are. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

Chic guest house nestled in an alley behind the main house, offering proximity to downtown and featuring a hot tub.



- Brand new Smart TV with Roku!

- Keurig + reusable K-cup, coffee grounds, cream, sugar and mini-fridge are provided

- Full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo (please note, the jets in the indoor bathtub are out of order but it can still be used for soaking)

- Hot tub faces the alley near front door (as shown in photos) and there are curtains to provide extra privacy. Also, a newly built gate has been added around the hot tub for safety reasons and per city requirements (temp photos are shown on the listing).

- This guesthouse is located behind the main house on the alley side. Parking is to the left of the guesthouse and it is a compact space.



Note: Please be advised that we are currently undergoing redecoration and furniture updates. Once these enhancements are completed, we will be capturing new photos for the listing. Presently, the bed frame and rug have been replaced with a different style, although the bed size remains king. Rest assured, all amenities remain unchanged.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests have access to the entire guest house and the hot tub. Both Guesthouse and hot tub are located in the alley behind the main house.

This property is not suitable for children/infants.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
