Welcome to Birdsong Under the Stars, a breathtaking modern farmhouse nestled on an open stretch of the Texas Hill Country. This thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom, 1-half-bathroom retreat is perfect for a memorable getaway, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.



From the moment you arrive, the classic board-and-batten exterior with warm wood shutters, a welcoming front porch with rocking chairs, and wide open pasture views set the tone for a truly special escape. Step inside and be greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, rich hardwood-style flooring, and an abundance of natural light pouring in through dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the rolling Hill Country landscape.



The living room is the heart of the home, anchored by a stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace with a handsome wooden mantle. Plush neutral sofas and a large sectional invite you to sink in and unwind, while a mounted flat-screen TV ensures cozy evenings in, and the sofa bed provides a comfortable sleeping option for additional guests when needed.



The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the chef's kitchen, a true showstopper featuring two-tone cabinetry in crisp white and bold black with gold hardware accents, quartz countertops, a large farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop with convection oven, and a generous center island with leather bar stools perfect for gathering over morning coffee or evening appetizers. Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
