Blue Sage No. 1 - The Tree Mansion (family friendly!)

The largest of the Blue Sage dwellings, No. 1 has a lofted King bedroom with an en suite bathtub nook and a private balcony overlooking the Texas hills. On the main floor it has a bedroom with two twin beds for your children, a kitchen with all of the cooking essentials, a dining room and living room with books, board games and a record player. The bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, generous vanity, mirror, and heated tile floors. Off the living room is a large deck with a private propane grill (tools provided.)

Other amenities include:
Efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as all essential pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as keurig pods, cream, sugar and tea bags are provided. Salt, pepper, oil and some other basics can be found in the kitchen as well. On-site there are also community propane grills with grill tools provided.
