Light, bright and cozy! Describes this large family home! Come see the added touches as we slowly update this sweet house. Wonderful location near the west end of Main Street and yet tucked away in your own oasis. This is a perfect spot to call home during your travels through and around Fredericksburg! Four large bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 down, 3 boasting king beds and one with a double and twin bed, which gives lots of comfortable sleeping space for the whole family or a girls' weekend! After a day scouting the shops, checking out the wineries or visiting the Elephant Preserve, this home is a must for either relaxing in a comfy rocking chair on the front porch, or sipping a glass of wine in the back and playing a game of Bocce Ball!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

​​​​​​Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Wonderful girls trip! We arrived on Thursday afternoon after enjoying a day in San Antonio. The Kirsche Haus is the perfect place to stay and enjoy Fredericksburg. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to downtown, grocery and restaurants. Very easy check in and out.

Perfect Girl Getaway!

We had the best time staying at Kirsch Haus for a girl’s trip (well let’s be honest, a Ladies Of A Certain Age trip :-) and having fun in Fredericksburg. There are four of us, so each having our own bed / space was perfect. The house is very cute, very conveniently located, and the beds are SUPER comfortable. Although we didn’t cook, it certainly would have been possible as the kitchen is well equipped. After a long day we enjoyed sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine, relaxing and chatting. The house is on a quiet street but still just moments from the Main Street “action”. We loved it!

Great spot!

Great house for our Fredericksburg vacation! Check in and out instructions were very easy, and the place was very clean upon check in. The house was very cute and comfortable. The location is very close to the main Fredericksburg shopping areas, and in a fun neighborhood. Thanks for the nice home base for our trip!

The house was fine. The main problem is that there are no dressers or anywhere other than the floor to put your things. My wife and I stayed in the back bedroom where there is a bed and two small night stands. There is a locked closet but no where to hang your clothes. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. Having to just put your bags on the floor and not unpack sucked.

The inside was adorable. There was so much space for seating with our group of 6 ladies. The kitchen was well equipped with all you would need for cooking. The beds were all so large and comfy. The washer and dryer was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Girl’s Trip

The location was amazing! It was on a quiet street with private parking and shade. The house is spacious and well furnished. We had a one year old and it was child friendly-we put a baby gate (that we brought) at the bottom of the stairs to keep her from climbing. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room. They thought of the little things people might need (throws, games, and lots of towels)! The host was VERY quick to respond with any questions ❤️ We will go back and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Fredericksburg

Happy birthday

The location was perfect and we enjoyed all the room. We loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. We each got our own bedroom and the house stayed wonderfully cool. Tea and coffee were there for us to use. It was a great getaway for me and my two friends as we celebrated mutual 75th birthdays eating at the restaurants and touring the wineries!

Moms Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 8 friends celebrating each other for Mother’s Day. Clean, great location, and easy check in process. The house is near enough to downtown to walk to quite a few places, but far enough to be serene and quiet when it’s time to wind down. Highly recommend!

Girls weekend

We had a group of ladies getting together for a reunion. The house was in the perfect location, roomy and clean. We were very comfortable. The check in and check out process was simple. The kitchen needs to be equipped better for cooking. We were only cooking breakfast and there was not any type of pan, cookie sheet or griddle. There were also no outdoor games but that was not an issue for us. We would stay again.
