Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy talo on päivitetty kaikki modernit mukavuudet. Kaikki tässä talossa on päivitetty mukaan lukien uudet laatat, graniitti, valaistus ja vesilinjat. Upeat uudet sängyt, yksi kuningas ja 2 kuningattaret, joissa on laadukkaita puuvillalakkuja ja vuodevaatteita. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu lähtökohtana yhdessä uusien ruostumattomien laitteiden kanssa. Great stay

Loved this house. It was super clean with little touches like an unopened toothbrush in the bathroom in case you forgot yours. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The back patio was a great place to share some wine in the evening. Would definitely book again.

Great spot for 3 couples

We came for the eclipse and left loving Fredricksburg and this house. Very comfortable beds, linens, plenty of nice dinnerware and glasses. Everything you could possibly need. The owners are very responsive and are great sources of information. Very clean. There are outdoor areas and indoor spaces to gather. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

Perfect Girls’ Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Donald’s property. We had everything we needed. The beds (& couch) were very comfy. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor for an evening full of laughter, accompanied by our own selection of music coming from the Bluetooth hedgehog. We loved that there was a Keurig, so we could each have our own preference of morning coffee…it’s the little things. The location was great too! It was a quiet neighborhood and we were able to walk to a couple of restaurants, as well as the 290 Shuttle pick-up location. We’re definitely planning for another visit.

PERFECT location and Quiet Neighborhood!

This adorable mid-century property was just the right size for our family of four. We didn't lack any amenities, and we were very comfortable. It is close to all the main roadways. For Fredericksburg regulars, it is less than half a mile from Walgreens and HEB; Main street is only about a mile away. Communication was excellent, and we felt that the property was priced accordingly. I loved the decor, and the bedding was divine! The pictures do not do this property justice. This one is definitely on my return list!

A gem of a property

This is the perfect place to stay with friends or family in Fredericksburg. It’s even nicer than the pictures. The decor is absolutely lovely. We talked about staying here again if we come back!

Perfect getaway for 3 couples

Fabulous sisters weekend

We enjoyed staying here. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable allowing for a good night’s sleep. Bathrooms, while on the small side, were sufficient for 3 ladies. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cooking pans etc but we didn’t cook at all. Location was perfect: quiet neighborhood a short drive from Main St. We took Uber one night and it was only $10ish each direction. The house wasn’t as cool as we prefer. We are in our 50s and prefer to sleep in cool temps. It wasn’t hot and we weren’t uncomfortable, just would have liked AC to cool a little better. All in all a great stay and recommend the house to others.

The PERFECT Palace

The Pink Palace was absolutely PERFECT! When I viewed the home online, I knew it would be the PERFECT location for my sorority sisters and I to relax for the weekend. As soon as I booked Donald was in immediate communication with me and I appreciated it more than he'll ever know. Prior to arriving to the house, Donald sent me a note asking my anticipated arrival time so he could have the lights on, but I missed the message...it wasn't that big of a deal because when we pulled up to the house the Pink Palace was open and ready for occupancy. As soon as I entered our personalized door code my sorority sisters and I were instantly impressed. The house was clean and decorated with so much care and attention to detail. We were most impressed with the personalized note (my name was at the top of the note) with the house instructions. In addition to providing a personal note, Donald sent a text to my phone welcoming us to their home and he let us know he was available if we ran into any issues. Talk about great customer service! As we toured through the home, we discovered little notes that provided instructions on what to do with the linens and towels and we appreciated those little reminders because we wanted to leave the home as beautiful as we found it. The home is situated in a quaint neighborhood that is VERY, VERY quiet. The home has a HUMONGOUS picture window that we LOVED so much. The home also has a great patio that we didn't put to use until the day we left and we were bummed about that because if we had taken advantage of the patio we could've spent more time with the hummingbirds that came to visit while we were drinking coffee. I could really continue typing and share all the great things about this house, but I'll won't and I'll end with this...BOOK THIS HOUSE! Donald is an excellent host, the home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to so many things in the city. I will definitely book this house again!
