Wonderful Home

We stayed here with family and everything was perfect. The home has super comfortable king size beds and all the living room furniture was comfortable also. The kitchen and baths were well equipped with all the things you need and thoughtful touches like a makeup mirror and hooks to hang robes and towels. Has hair dryers, iron, Keurig coffee maker. 5 minute walk to main street. Our son drove to Enchanted rock and it was only about 20 minutes away. We visited wineries, did a safari goat cuddling, went to trade days, zhopping and dining on main street and was happy to come back to Mistletoe House for a peaceful nights rest. We hope to return one day.

Wonderful cottage close to Main Streets

Very cozy, spotlessly clean, perfect for two couples. Nice walking distance from shops and restaurants. Both mattresses were lumpy and you have to check in/out at the office. Everything else was perfect, felt at home.

Character and charm

My bonua daughter, granddaughter and I stayed arrived on a Thursday and lwft the following Sunday. The charm and character this house was much more than we expected. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The house is only a few blocka from Main St., which made it easy to walk everywhere and not have to search for parking.

Marvelous Mistletoe House

I spent the weekend here with my two sisters and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Booking the house was simple, I received plenty of communication with the property manager, and checkin/checkout was very easy. The house itself was the perfect location at a great price. We were walking distance to everything on Main Street. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of room for all three of us and everything was clean. I would highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location! Adorable Home!

This house is within walking distance of all things on Main in Fredericksburg! No parking issues. The house is set up with two large bedrooms with bathrooms which were very comfortable. The kitchen and breakfast nook were perfect for our in home meals. The drop leaf table in the main room was perfect for game nights. Highly recommend staying here.

Cozy and relaxing getaway home

A much needed weekend getaway and we could not have asked for a nicer and more relaxing place to vacay. Loved learning about the history of the home was a bonus and brought back old memories of grandparents house. The back yard and porch sitting areas were so relaxing to enjoy the evening breeze. All around wonderful home to stay in.

Grandmother/Granddaughter Adventure

Mistletoe House was perfect for the two generations… young upstairs and older down stairs, both with private baths. The privacy afforded us a great four night stay. Extra clean with anything we could want within walking distance of Main Street. Nice porches for evening relaxing and very quiet. On our last evening, 2 fawns and 3 adults greeted us as we returned from dinner…what fun! My 19 year old granddaughter enjoyed the antique coziness! I would recommend without hesitation!

Marvelous Mistletoe

The home was just lovely. Had all the amenities we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Loved reading about the history of the home. If we return to Fredericksburg, we would definitely look into staying there again.

Great Property Within Easy Walking Distance of Main St.

The property was very clean and charming. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. It is in a very nice neighborhood and it is an easy 5-minute walk to Main St. We don't like to cook when we're on vacation, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked for those who like to cook and eat in. It had a Keurig stocked with k-cups and plenty of cups for our morning coffee. It has a nice front porch and a screened-in back porch. Additionally, there is a nice sitting area with patio furniture in the backyard. The upstairs bedroom had multiple drawers built into the walls for storage. The ceilings upstairs are sloped. I am 5' 8" and my wife is shorter. I did bump my head a couple of times on the ceiling, but it wasn't an issue for us. Additionally, the shower ceiling is sloped. For me and my wife, it was not an issue. For someone taller than 6' 2", it might be an issue. However, the downstairs bathroom has no height limitations. Overall, a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Mistletoe house and the holidays

Very nice place and great location. Neat. Awesome backyard space. Christmas parade occurred during our stay and the only advice to add is do not cross Main Street to watch, sit on the house side as the parade doubles back and you get to enjoy it twice from the other side of the street. Also the table setting is for two only.

Great little place to stay....right near the action!

Cute, cute little place within walking distance to Main street. Really comfortable beds, nice yard, nice kitchen. We would definitely stay again.
