Kids love Fredericksburg. Children and infants are welcome but please note that this house is NOT child proof so be cautious and never leave your child unsupervised.

We love pets!! The fee is $25 per pet per night. We provide Roku TV's in the living room and every bedroom which provides most streaming services. You are able to log into your own streaming accounts or use my logins when available.
