» Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee (max 2, not more than 45 lbs each)
» Minimum Booking Age of 25 and Photo ID required. Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.
» NO PARTIES! Our home is strictly for use by those on the reservation only
» Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Evidence of smoking, smell or guests found smoking on the premises, or will be subject to a $500 smoking fee.
» Maximum occupancy is 6
» There is one security camera over the front door and another over the rear parking area recording audio & Video for security purposes only
» Inflatable pool toys are for staging only and not provided per insurance restrictions
» We have regular pool service on Thursdays and yard work every other Wednesday. Our vendors will always knock and announce their presence while guests are present.

Owners are in no way held liable for injuries, deaths or accidents occurring in or around the pool. There is no lifeguard! Please be safe and responsible!
*The pool is serviced every Monday. The pool person will let themselves into the backyard through the side yard and will not knock at the door.*
POOL RULES
- Never swim alone or while intoxicated
- Never leave children or minors unattended
- Never leave the back door or side gates open
- No glass of any kind around the pool
- No diving, running or rough housing
- Do not touch pool equipment! ($500 fee)
