Experience the ultimate Fredericksburg getaway at The Aqua Door! This spacious, family friendly vacation rental offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor entertainment area. The home is designed with the guest experience in mind, with thoughtful touches and conveniences throughout. In the kitchen, guests will find an assortment of small appliances and cooking essentials. This home also features a washer/dryer, exclusively for guest use!

The outdoor area offers a gas grill, a wood burning fire-pit, yard games, a private hot tub, and plenty of seating. Families and groups can make the most of their visit to the Hill Country with the help of the incredible outdoor amenities at this home. Whether you're visiting for the weekend or planning a long getaway, this unique and convenient property is the perfect place to call your home away from home!

Please note, the hot tub area is not fully enclosed. Guests are responsible for supervising their children near the hot tub at all times.

​​​​Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great location and a cute outdoor setup.The cleanliness of the entire home left a lot to be desired. We found an OLD goldfish cracker under the coffee table. The washing machine has mold growing in it. The dish washer is a TOTAL mess - I don't think it even cleaned the dishes.

The house was very cute and charming. We knew it was smaller even though it had 4 bedrooms but it was perfect for us as we wouldn’t be there much. They need to get a better cleaning crew and get more wash cloths and dishes though.

The house is really nice and clean. And a lot of the accommodations were nice. We loved the fire and hot tub. However the AC was set to go back to 73 every two hours making the house really hot. Some of the furniture was broken too but most of it was fine. Overall we still loved staying there. Your house is beautiful

Perfect getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! We needed a getaway from the city hustle and bustle, so we booked Aqua Door and it was perfection. The house was clean, well stocked with essential items, and has a washer and dryer. All the home furnishings were beautiful and felt so welcoming. The large backyard was great for our kids to run and play, and the hot tub was already hot and ready to go. Our point of contact assigned to our trip was responsive and professional, can’t recommend this place enough. We cannot wait to return to Aqua Door!

Wonderful House, Close to Everything

This was such a cute house, tucked away in a quaint little neighborhood, with plenty of room. It was fairly close to everything and the owners did an excellent job of making sure all the comforts of home were there!
