Located at 104 E Schubert Street, you will be only one block from the MarktPlatz and 2 blocks from central Main Street. Guest feedback warranted a newly updated shower so now our taller guests can enjoy a full newly remodeled shower! Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! The Space:

Newly renovated and decorated cozy guest house with a hot tub!



- 1 king bed in the bedroom upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs

- 1 full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs

- Full kitchen with Keurig drip coffee maker (no dishwasher)

- Smart TV with streaming services (you are allowed to log into your own accounts) *no cable

- Private hot tub! (The hot tub amenity has been temporarily removed from the listing until further notice and is not available for guest use during stays. We are pending a new pump.)



- Must climb stairs: there are stairs in the guesthouse that lead up to the loft area where the bedroom is located.

- Wagen Haus is located in the back of the main house (Ressman Haus)

Guests have full access to the entire guest house and private hot tub.

You are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please know, no cribs or pack-n-plays are provided. There is a sleeper sofa. Please be cautious around the stairs.



- Pets are NOT allowed.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
