All on one floor, the designer interior boasts new furnishings and fixtures throughout. Kick back and socialize in the open living area, or unwind in the privacy of three plush bedrooms. All of the TVs offer Roku for your entertainment.

Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Craft a morning cup of joe using the coffee maker; there is also a blender for morning smoothies. The fast WiFi is set up for remote work, and a dedicated laundry room is convenient for long-term stays.

Immaculate and Charming!

The house feels freshly remodeled and has comfortable beds, modern linens and thick towels. We didn’t cook at the house but the appliances and cook ware look like everything is there one would need. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Very lovely home! We had 3 ladies staying for a few nights and we enjoyed everything!. Beautiful, comfy and clean spaces stocked with plenty of towels and bedding. Normally I have trouble sleeping in beds not my own, but we all slept great! Only thing missed was maybe a hot tub but not a huge deal! Definitely will be back.

We had a girlfriends weekend and rented this adorable house. Very cute decor and completely spotless. When we arrived they had soft music playing and it smelled clean and welcoming. They have a basket of throw blankets for hanging out in the living room on extra comfy sofas big enough for the group. Comfy beds too. Obviously just renovated. Just great.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

The property was perfect for our trip to Fredericksburg. We each had our own room and our own bathroom, and everything was so clean…the place looks like it’s brand new! It did take us a while to figure out how to work the thermostat so instructions on that would be helpful. When I booked the room, there was some kind of error with my information and I was told I had to call Vacasa. I called around midnight and was on hold for 30 minutes before my call was disconnected. I tried texting the number on the automatic message “for a quicker response” and was told they couldn’t help me and I would need to call Vacasa. I tried calling back at 1am and I waited on the phone for an hour before I gave up and went to sleep. I eventually did call back and got in touch with someone, but I wanted to explain why I took off stars for communication with the property manager. There was nothing I shared over the phone that couldn’t have been shared via email or text. Overall, our experience was great and we would love to stay at this property again!
