”If you arrive late, be aware you'll need to ring the bell and wait for someone to let you in. Key cards are required for entry to the building even through the front lobby. We waited several minutes for someone to arrive.”

”Not a good choice”

”We were in town for a wedding and spent two nights. We loved the convenient location to downtown Frederick. The hotel was clean and safe. The room was spacious and provided all of the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the the gym which was bigger and had more equipment than most hotel gyms. We would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again.”

”We have stayed at this property multiple times and were impressed by the friendly and hospitable atmosphere. It is also very conveniently located and there are neighborhoods near by that are good for walking. ”

”The first person I encountered checking in wss very pleasant, especially after I had drove a few hours. Everything was good but you could hear everything your neighbors are doing (glad I brought headphones for my laptop). The night before I was checking out, I was in the bathroom putting my skincare on my face and I happen to glance at the ceiling and the light had two medium sized bugs inside of it. Not sure if they were dead or alive.”

”The breakfast - the juice dispenser was broken but you can BUY juice. The bathroom was not suitable for elderly - not user friendly, no handle bars. The microwave was not working well. Overall, very disappointed.”

”Excellent stay,the staff was warm and very responsive to the slightest desire. Kudos to the interior designer. I loved the patterns and textures design. As a watercolor artist I enjoyed the time to visit old town Frederick and to paint my thoughts here.”

”They have signs up that they are renovating... however... reviews from last year say the same about renovations. The furniture in the rooms is sooo beat up...no microwave..no lamps..it was very run down. Not to mention the what seemed like alit if homeless people hanging out front the entire weekend? I will not stay here again. Lots of other hotels to choose from in the area. ”

”We had an awful experience here, starting with the check in process. After taking 15 minutes to check in the employee could not code the key card correctly for us so we never received a copy of the key card for our room. Luckily we were only staying one night. The room itself was dirty, dark black hairs on the bedding and there was writing on the sheets. There was no soap in the bathroom and the room had a smell. ”

”Roaches, Roaches, Roaches. Do not stay here. The rooms are dirty. I arrived with no shower curtain, half a roll of toilet paper, the room smelled musty. I woke up at 1am and found the kitchen full of roaches. Hotel offered another room but if roaches are in one room, they are in the hotel. They’re huge roaches. Manager Would not refund money either. Terrible service and disgusting hotel.”
