I felt the kitchen allowed me to cook breakfast and at least one steak and vegetable dinner for our party of six that was top notch. I want to recommend that people come to this location Estate Little Princess Hill 13 North and enjo the palatial estate. We were "wowed" by the place. Kudos!!!”

”Great place for big family. Rooms were great. The view is incredible overlooking Buck Island. The beach is like your own private getaway. If the wind comes out of the north you do get a lot seaweed.”

We rented a van to get around the island and saw and enjoyed so many beautiful beaches! The beaches across the road from the house are beautiful but not accessible. Accessing beaches are a short drive.”

The air conditioning in one room went down and within an hour she had someone fixing it. One bed was broken and a worker came and reinforced it better than new. After that everything was in working order. The kitchen needs to be better stocked for a family. There is one simple set of pots and pans. No bakeware or serving bowls. ”Holy cow! This was my favorite short term rental I've stayed in on St Croix, and in all honesty, my favorite I've ever stayed in, anywhere. This place has everything you'd ever want in a Caribbean rental house: indoor and (gorgeous) outdoor dining, views from every room, a pool, a grill, full kitchen, AC, etc. The location is prime. I always prefer to stay near the North Shore on STX, and this home is just a couple minutes from Cane Bay, and pretty equally distanced from everything else I like...
